🔒 Legally Reinforced DOA / Store Credit Policy –


By completing a purchase on Aqua-LonReefing.com or via our live sale platforms, you affirm acceptance of the terms below. These terms form a binding agreement between Aqua-Lon Reefing LLC and the purchaser.

1. Shipping Schedule

We ship livestock Tuesdays and Wednesdays only via UPS Overnight to minimize in-transit stress and avoid weekend delays. Customers are responsible for tracking and being available to receive the shipment on the first delivery attempt.

2. Live Arrival Guarantee & DOA Coverage

In the unfortunate event of a DOA the following steps are to be met in full:

  • DOA claims must be submitted within 2 hours of the package being marked “delivered” by the carrier.
  • Required photos:
    • Item in sealed bag under white light
    • Item outside bag on shipping lid under white light
  • Photos must be uploaded through our DOA Claim Form or sent to our official Facebook business page.

🛑 Claims submitted after 2 hours are not eligible for coverage. Claims submitted between 2–24 hours may be considered for partial store credit at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to request additional photos or documentation before issuing credit.

3. Coverage Limitations

The following are excluded from coverage:

  • Shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • Weather-related or carrier delays (e.g., heat, cold, mechanical failure)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Failure to accept package on first attempt or within 4 hours at a UPS hold location
  • Promotional or giveaway items

4. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Approved DOA claims result in store credit only. No cash refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstance.

Aqua-Lon Reefing cares for all stock as if it is our personal animal, Aqua-Lon Reefing does not take responsibility nor liability for stock stored in facility and is not responsible for replacing livestock in the event of Death or Holding System Malfuntion if stock is being held for customers. 

5. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your purchase or these terms must be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not in a court of law.

You agree to:

  • Waive the right to a jury trial
  • Waive participation in any class action or class arbitration
  • Submit claims individually

Venue shall be Fulton, Missouri, and governed by Missouri law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aqua-Lon Reefing LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of livestock, loss of business, or emotional distress) arising from the purchase or shipment of any product.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the DOA item (excluding shipping), issued as store credit.

7. Right to Modify Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. The version active at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Aqua-Lon Reefing, you agree to these terms and affirm that:

  • You have read and understood the store’s DOA and credit policies
  • You agree to be bound by arbitration and waive class-action rights
