Store Credit/ DOA Policy

Aqua-Lon Reefing prides itself on a customer friendly and hassle free Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy. 

We ONLY Ship Tuesday and Wednesday to reduce delays and weekend shipping!

If anything in your order arrives deceased, please send 2 clear pictures of the DOA, one in the original sealed bag under white light and one out of the bag on the Styrofoam box lid from shipping under white light to our Contact Section, subject DOA Credit Submission where images can be directly uploaded to our Claims Form. Secondary Forms may need submitted if the box is a total loss, due to amount of image upload space. 

Please Follow these direction precisely, failure to do so can potentially result in a denied claim. 

Orders that experience a shipping carrier delay are not covered in the event of weather related delays. (Extreme Heat Advisory, Freeze Warning)

- Our standard DOA policy covers the dollar amount of items lost. Store credit will be issued and may be used for a like coral or towards anything available in store. Shipping costs are not covered under this DOA policy, nor are promotional / giveaway items.

-If your Coral or Fish Friend Arrive in unstable shape but not dead due to shipping stress, keep in mind acclimation process is required. PLEASE notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to work out a solution. 

- There are no refunds or returns on live purchases. Valid DOA claims will be fulfilled via store credit on future purchases.

- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given during checkout.

- DOA guarantee is void if the delivery is refused, if no one is available to receive the package, or if the package was not picked up from your UPS facility within 4 hours.
